Ever since the disinfectant incident… no actually since the "antibiotic killing viruses" incident I've noticed a sharp uptick in public TDS display among my friends (yes, they're still my friends, kek, and family…).
I'm really surprised at how triggered they get by these incidents. It's like it had been a really long time since they had anything to really tangible to TDS over and these incidents gave them a release and they just went for it.
Anyway, apart from the plainly obvious admonishing that antibiotics don't kill viruses, or injecting bleach isn't a good idea, they're still stuck on basic ad hominem criticism.
Now I believe we're seeing the resurgence of QAnon attacks, preluded by the attacks on the anti-lockdown protestors.
Not sure I have a point here, just reporting my current observations. The propaganda is very refined. Goebbels would be extremely proud of whoever is behind this.
I've been around far too long to immediately think that was a flub. It did have be wondering for quite a while about it, but with that guy I think it is always best to reserve judgement, kek.
It would be really cool if it was in reference to disinfectants in vaccines. I'm not wholly antivax, but to get the anti-antivax crowd to crow "don't inject disinfectant" and then point out there's disinfectants in vaccines, if that is actually the case, would be pure genius. But I'm not an apologist for Trump either, if it was a flub, so be it. He definitely shouldn't have walked it back. Kek.
At any rate, they always find something to go after him, or us, with so that's not really the issue. Anon had a good point with 33+ hours of mic time boiling down to a few soundbites. Because of course, good news never gets reported.
My general thinking at this time is examining the propaganda; what it is, where its coming from, how effective it is, etc.
Seeing friends randomly come out with it is what puzzles me. I mean I guess I think the same things with for example Tara Reid type info, but I wait to use things like that, I don't immediately go and post something online and shout it out from the rooftops, so to speak.
