By the Circular Polarization of UV-C 222 nm light a higher penetrating and one full quadrant field effect can be obtained on the neutralization of viral and bacterial particles within the set field of amplitude. And by alternating both right and left handed patterns the effect will have a two quadrant effect operating at 180 degree angles.
