Straightforward theory about the use of 'Noble' by POTUS
It could just have been a trap to have everyone:
1) talk about it: "haha, POTUS doesn't know how to spell"
2) then think for a minute, and realize that there isn't such a thing as a Nobel prize for journalists anyway
3) then by looking into it, realize that many Fake News journalists actually got supposedly prestigious (and noble) prizes for their articles on now debunked Russia theories, a topic that will come back in full force in the news soon.
Examples:
-
Aldo Beckman Memorial Award for 'journalistic excellence'
-2018: Maggie Haberman, because her "White House reporting showed her deep understanding of what makes President Trump tick. Having covered Mr. Trump as a New York businessman for 20 years, she was able to tap that knowledge of his personality, business operations and inner circle to chronicle the first year of his presidency. Her reporting was nuanced, contextual and multi-dimensional, with rich detail and authoritative sourcing. She often conveyed the feeling of being a fly on the wall of the White House. She also was a generous colleague who shared the fruits of her reporting with others at the Times."
-
Pulitzer Prize
-2017: NYT staff, for "agenda-setting reporting on Vladimir Putin’s efforts to project Russia’s power abroad, revealing techniques that included assassination, online harassment and the planting of incriminating evidence on opponents."
-2018: NYT and WaPO staff, for "deeply sourced, relentlessly reported coverage in the public interest that dramatically furthered the nation’s understanding of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and its connections to the Trump campaign, the President-elect’s transition team and his eventual administration."
-
etc.
And I only focused on Russia Russia Russia, many other such prizes were awarded in 2017, 2018 and 2019 for other kind of anti-Trump reporting.
It could be that POTUS is prepping the unawake population to have them see that the 'noble' reporting from the NYT, WaPo, etc., actually is just Fake News, by using Russia Russia Russia as an example.
In particular, maybe that tweet is timed to happen just before the probably soon-to-come exoneration of Flynn.
In that way, it would be similar to other previous misspell occurrences, such as, to choose one, the 'Scott Free' twitter misspell of way back:
1) "haha, POTUS doesn't know how to spell"
2) Wait, what, Scott Free is a real thing?
3) What is that WWG1WGA everyone is talking about regarding the Scott Free White Squall movie?
Of course, that does not exclude that it could also have at the same time an additional double (triple?) meaning.
