First, you don't know if there is a virus.
Second, you don't know if the numbers are inflated, should the virus be real or fake.
Third, you don't know if Q or Q+ know that either of the above two points are true and/or false.
Fourth, your affirmation here is that any poster here would know concretely if Q and Q+'s knowledge on that is true, and can only take them at your interpretation of their word.
