if obama did pardon his whole cabinet, etal.

then treason would have to stick, since i do not think it is pardonable.

also i do winder if potus can declassify, i think he should be able to or let B2 do it.

that would really be BIG, if charges came and the secret pardons were revelealed, that in itself would show the public a lot.

The President can pardon someone charged with, or convicted of, any federal crime.

As President, George Washington ordered the pardon of two men who had been sentenced to death after being charged in the WhiskeyRebellion (1794).

A modern case of a US citizen pardoned after being tried and convicted of treason was the pardon of "Tokyo Rose" (Iva IkukoToguri) by President Gerald Ford in 1977. (Captured after World War II, she had served six years in prison for the crime.)

so treason may be pardonable it seems.

what about enemy combatants, anyone think if BHO pardoned all his people, 'enemy combatants' can supercede that to bring accountability?
