Not sure I followed exactly what you’re tying to lay down, however you did remind me of something peculiar.
Heard it said round these parts many times, and even said by “Q” and Barr and folk… that We must adhere to Law exactly and precisely so as not to make the mistake of becoming that which we are trying to defeat… lawlessness. I can see that, however… the so called laws that we are trying to navigate are/were crafted by the lawless in opposition to our fundamental moral and legitimate code spoke of and swarn to by myself and many others, to the Constitution.
What logic is there in adhering to unconstitutional “law” when trying to save the Constitution?
