The Flynn Judge has ruled that the Government has until May 11th, 2020 to respond to the recent filing of the exculpatory evidence that was withheld (Egregious Government Misconduct and in the Interest of Justice). Then Flynn will have until May 18th, 2020 to respond to that reply brief. Meaning the Judge won't even consider the issue until May 18th, 2020.
