I don't see how they would force testing on the Amish.
If they try to test everybody, I may officially change my religion to Mennonite to decline the swab on religious grounds.
If they try to make tracking apps mandatory, the Mennonite thing would work well too. Don't see how they could force the Amish to carry cell phones around.
