Kamala Harris: 2020 Election About 'Whether We Live or Die'

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) on Monday said during a Biden campaign virtual town hall that this November’s presidential election is about “whether we live or die.”

A partial transcript is as follows:

SYMONE SANDERS: Vice President Biden believes this is an issue we can’t talk enough about. We know that the coronavirus does not discriminate onto how it affects people. But it is a virus that dispositionally is killing people of color; Black people, Latino folks, Indigenous, Native American, Native Pacific Island folks, in this country and that is why it’s important to not only have this conversation, but to get to very substantive solutions that Vice President Biden is committed to finding.

I’m going to give the final word to our illustrious leader of this call today, Senator Harris. Senator you have been just beating the drum on this issue, on election protection for this fall, on holding the Trump administration accountable, so we say thank you for your voice and work.

SEN. KAMALA HARRIS: Elections matter. Elected leaders we’ve seen at this moment in this crisis, depending on who it is, we’ve seen leaders like [Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms] or [San Francisco Mayor London Breed]. We’ve seen the leadership at people will take on because they know the people. The people rely on them. And elections matter. We have seen a president in Donald Trump who lies to the American people, who does not embrace truth or speak truth, someone who is obviously so much more concerned about himself than the people he represents. We’ve seen a failure of leadership that’s resulted in great damage to our country.

The pandemic is not over, it’s going to go on for a little while. I cannot stress enough to folks — I’m here in D.C. so I see this stuff right up close — who occupies that seat in the White House really matters. This election in November is going to determine so many things about our future and it’s literally going to be about our health and whether we live or die, the state of our economy and whether we have a job… it’s going to determine where we will be for future generations and it’s going to determine it quite immediately.

On Friday, the government finally released Brady documents in General Mike Flynn’s case showing he committed no crimes.

Attorney Sidney Powell has been fighting to get her hands on the Brady Material since she took over the case.

The documents are filed under seal, but attorney Sidney Powell said it reveals Flynn did not commit any crimes.

Powell also said that the documents produced found further misconduct by Mueller’s thug prosecutor Brandon Van Grack specifically.

General Flynn was set up by Obama’s Deep State crooks.

Following the release of the exculpatory documents Attorney Sidney Powell filed a motion to dismiss ALL CHARGES against the former Trump National Security Advisor.

On Monday Catherine Herridge from CBS News announced Judge Sullivan will file a response to General Flynn’s request on Monday, May 4th.

In December 2018 Judge Emmet Sullivan accused General Flynn from committing treason. It was a shameful display.

Retaliation? [[[Newsom]]] Increases Enforcement of Coronavirus Restrictions After Tens of Thousands Flock to SoCal Beaches Amid Heatwave

California Governor Gavin Newsom said on Monday that he will be increasing enforcement of Coronavirus restrictions after tens of thousands of people flocked to Orange County beaches amid a heatwave over the weekend.

Thousands of people hung out at Newport Beach and Huntington Beach to escape the heat over the weekend and now Newsom is retaliating and threatening to keep the state closed much longer.

The beach crowds put California’s progress at ‘slowing the spread of COVID-19’ at risk and could delay loosening of restrictions Newsom said on Monday.

Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency because of the Coronavirus on March 4 and issued an authoritarian lockdown order on March 19.

The state was supposed to be slowly loosening restrictions on May 3rd, but Newsom is now threatening to extend his government mandated house arrest.

“I don’t want to be punitive,” Newsom said. “They just want to take a rest on the beach and all of a sudden they get a citation – I don’t want to see that. But if there are people thumbing their nose and taking a risk… I think we may have to do a little bit more.”

Got that, peasants? Don’t thumb your nose at your overlords or else you will be given a citation and put on house arrest much longer as punishment.

Results of antibody survey last week in Los Angeles suggested that the death rate from the virus could be as low as 0.18% of COVID-19 patients.

But it doesn’t matter because this isn’t about a virus. It’s all about control and the Democrat officials are only becoming more crazed as time goes on.
