I think Mueller is going after inside plants because they are not just DNC plants, there really are Russians who were trying to interfere with the election. Not the Russian government! Not Putin!
It was the Russian opposition, the people who orchestrated the coup in Ukraine, who were actively interfering in the US presidential election. Mueller is going after THEM!!!

Section 201(g) of the FD&C Act (21 USC 321(g)) provides that the term "drug" means:
(A) articles recognized in the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them; and (B) articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or other animals; and (C) articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals; and (D) articles intended for use as a component of any articles specified in clause (A), (B), or (C). . .
Notice that D would cover that stuff added to vaccines that causes autism (and is Day of Autism a current event right now?).
Perhaps we should dig on other contaminants and also on things that are commonly used but are not immediately obvious as safe. Perhaps there are other substances used in drugs that are bad for you. Do they add fluoride to any drugs for instance?
