Habaneros you say. Anon's dad was a gardener until he was beyond his mid 80's Would use a 4 decade old rickety step latter to put up his poles for pole beans. Took anon 2 years to stop him, had to buy him a new latter.
Then one day I visited him and he put out some homegrown habaneros. They were tiny, sliced them brazed them and put them on a slice of buttered bread. Took a bite out of the sandwich, the bite in my mouth and spit it out without one chew. Drank water, milk. Took 2 hours for the burning pain to stop.
