Anon in PB called for a digg on Covance. Covance (LabCorp's drug developement business) was aquired by LabCorp in 2015. Covance web-site points visitors to LabCorp. So I dicided to dig LabCorp.

Found it interesting that a couple of the upcoming events and webinars listed on Covance's web-site are in China. One in Shuzhou and one in Shanghai.

Joe Herring

Bloomberg says that Joe Herring is the Former CEO of Covance. LabCorp aquired Covance in 2015 (the same year that Herring left Covance). Herring only worked for LabCorp from Feb. 2015 to July 2015. Hmmm.

Covance = LabCorp

 

Richard F. Cimino and Nigel Brown are former Covance executives. They joined MedAvante Board of Directors in June of 2015. The fact that Cimino, Brown and Herring (above) left LabCorp within months of LabCorp's aquisition of Covance makes me wonder what happened. Problem with the help or problem with LabCorp?
