I don't think there really are any shills as they would be doing the exact thing they are allegedly fighting, which is creating a tighter bond for the non-shills. If they left, this place would die out in a week as it would just be an echo chamber with no opposing party. People crave opposition to their ideas, without it, they tend to abandon said ideas.
