They're not aliens in the sense of ET's coming from outer space in space ships.
They're Demons, devil spirits, satanic spiritual beings - pic related.

I never click on video links posted here esp. when there's no explanation as to what the video is about (title/description), who is in the video or who put it out and how long the video is.
It's not a matter of can't, it's a matter of they're just not that's all. They're trying to fool you into hoping or thinking that they are because for some very odd reason that possibility seems to make people more happy/secure???
