The wiretap law the No Such Agency uses is kind of like six degrees of Kevin Bacon. Maybe Barry wiretapped Trump voters using that same FISA warrant. Under the regulations, I think once they get a FISA warning, if you tweeeted POTUS you might be fair game for NSA surveillance.
