Mayor de Blasio said that New York City had to quickly come up with a 'remote learning' system for all the school students. Somewhere there must be proof that they have been planning this for much longer than being claimed, knowing this would be happening.
Mayor de Blasio is acting as if there will no longer be 'building learning'. Not saying anything like, 'maybe next year we will all be back as before'. It's a total change to 'remote learning', seemingly without even hoping for a return to a normal school system. He has the script for non-ending pandemic society, and is happily forcing it on the city.
