This works for suburbs and further out from the large cities.

We buy beef from a farmer north of us. He has told us in the past that it is getting harder and harder for him to get the cows butchered because the places are closing down. This is nothing to do with this current COVID situation. Butchering operations out in the boonies closing down. He said the people get old and don't do it any more and younger people aren't opening up butchering operations.

This will no doubt change starting right about now as we realize more and more about our food supply.

CAFOs are gonna be phased out, most likely.

How will USDA manage the inspections going forward?

In reading articles about the meat packing plants closing because of COVID, one pointed out that 100 USDA inspectors have contracted COVID, some have died. They travel from plant to plant performing inspections. They may be the ones spreading the illness.

Good question. I'm hoping these things they're making may be dual purpose and have a port to plug in the light attachment to get light in the lungs to heal the patient. Just a fantasy at this point.

Bear in mind the medical establishment strategy in these outbreaks is to continue to broaden the list of signs and symptoms in order to increase the number of 'cases'.
