SNEFNU = (corrupted) health (system), which should include Bill Gates of course.

"Der Herrscher ist n' Herr Grates nun" = "The ruler is a Mr. Grates now"; G(r)ates = Gates? This was about at position 0:122 (forward: "Und der grenzueberschreitenden …" = "And the border-crossing …")

Please note that word "Herrscher" is normally not used in German political language to refer to a head of state in modern times.l

At position about 0:87, "In vielen Bereichen ist dies bereits ge-schehen" = "In many areas this has already happened" forward, he said in reverse the interesting:
