I looked up your brother's Youtube vids, though i'm not a doctor i know a few people with PTSD and the results of their medications.
Basically the meds are wearing down his internal organs especially the liver, He also combines his meds with alcohol and weed. The liver can't process all those Chemicals and gets inflamed resulting in fatty liver syndrome and eventually will stop working all together , Neither can his intestines handle all those aggressive chemicals and alcohol which will cause conditions like stomach ulcers and leaky gut. These organ failures will cause skin problems, allergies, muscle aches, fatigue and more mental problems and mood swings.
He requires proper modern PTSD treatment ( EMDR Therapy or MDMA ) lighten the load on his liver and heal his gut ( Gaps diet )
Not saying he will fully recover by these sugestions , but it may prevent it from getting worse
