I doubt Q "is pissed". All possible eventualities are already foreseen & countermeasures ready to be put in place. Any anger sensed is misinterpretted by the reader or portrayed by Q to misdirect the enemy.
People make mistakes when they are angry. Anger is a vulnerability. Rest assured this is a trap.
