Folks, remember these C_A clowns wake up after 3pm. They are usually up all night taken handfuls of multi-colored drugs. Then doing who knows what with who know who.
They are usually ready to go by 5pm. First they check that the C_A deposits were made to their accounts. Then they have enough motivation intelligence to form a thought or 2 before having to take another nap. Then the pharmaceutical smorgasbord starts again.
