This anon vaguely remembers a story coming out about how they were going to use the ploy of vaccines to try and modify the suicide bomber behavior out of jihadists and even vaguely remembers a movie along similar lines… roughly in the 2008-2009 time frame, any other anons recall any stories/movies/tv shows along such lines?
