Bottom line is they cannot. First you are communicating to the biggest “leaking” group ever known, second it has to be done with some frequency, third our sigint/counter-intel is too good not to figure it out. So it can’t be done securely and everyone involved would have known that from the start. Ergo they have known, yet they have not had fear . . .
