Those logs are a group of agents talking candidly about he work loads of colleges; People hey trust to do their job, a job of reporting / spinning the narrative to gain a foothold / tactical position o advantage.
They know 'the game'.
They also don't see the world as nations.
They see it as a system of leverage points. An international system where people's differences are defined by their cultural weak points.
