I'm not sure which RT you are watching, but they never do a positive story on America. They expose American corruption, yes, but not in an attempt to galvanize reforms. They do it to point out America's hypocrisy and flaws. The stories are based in fact, but it's not altruistic. It's demoralizing. It's like if I showed someone info every day that proves their spouse is a piece of shit, just to get them worked up.
I get the impression Putin, or maybe other higher ups, in Russia were cool with BHO and Hillary on a lot of things. Uranium one being the strongest example of their cooperation. Ukraine seems to have been a difference of opinion, though.
