I saw a post on voat tonight regarding an alleged Illuminati spilling his guts a few years back. Most were calling bullshit, but it’s hard to separate truth from fiction these days.

Anyway, it mentioned HAARP and said it was located somewhere buried in the Pacific Ocean. I then remembered the strange 17 second seismic anomaly that took place in Nov 2018 and wondered if this could have been Q taking over the HAARP machine.

Most of the stuff I remember reading had it located in Alaska. I also remember a hurricane that took a 90 degree turn last year…..interesting to speculate.
