Electron clouds are mapped via a hopf sphere so by shifting the local space/time you would shift the electron cloud so it can be shared such as in metallic bonding.
The question then is how this works in non metallic objects?

So The EM field moves electron fields in two directions.
1.Electric as a current moving cloud in linear fashion.
Magnetic moving cloud in local "sharing" direction between atoms.
I would like to point out the only real way to move the electron cloud is to modify space/time. I will do some research and see if there is sauce for EM field manipulating space time in math terms.
