I also got that tingling good vibe when POTUS and Milley were faced to face the mutual respect between the two and the rock-solidness of Milley was palpable. He seemed like a wound up large coil of the strongest steel made, like the biggest, meanest dog on a chain just seething with anger that the enemy is within the wire in the Homeland.
