After I did some digging, found out that alot of the frozen food I used to buy came from China but that wasn't disclosed on the labelling, had to do some real digging.

Never trust anything from China, esp food. SonAnon worked in Beijing for a year back in 2010 ish and he said even back then, the middle class and higher refuse to buy anything to eat that is grown in China because they know it is contaminated etc. They spend their money to buy meat and produce imported from Europe and the US. They REFUSE to eat anything grown in China.

Also found out that most of these freeze dried "Prepper" meals are made from stuff that comes from China.

Not only that, I wrote my congresscritter and the White House about Amazon third party sellers from China being allowed to ship stuff direct to consumers in the US that don't meet US safety standards. An example is a UV-C "germicidal" bulb I bought that I thought was "fulfilled by Amazon" but was shipped to me directly from China. It blew up the first time we plugged it in. Then found some videos posted online by other purchasers where the bulbs were smoked and sparking when plugged, a serious fire hazard.

Big Box Retailers like HD and Target source and sell alot of their stuff from China, but unlike Amazon, are legally liable for any defective goods they sell. Amazon is not. It's a huge loophole and an unfair competitive advantage.

Also, Amazon allows algorithm search manipulation to favor sellers in China over US based small businesses or independent sellers.

Amazon is VERY pro-China.
