In reference to this speculation about Camp Eagle in the Palpatine's Revenge, I don't think it fits too well.

The camp referenced is Eagle Island Camp, a girl scout camp in the Adirondacks, and though that's a tempting place to site a black hat, I don't think it's likely the MK Ultra terrorist camped out there.

If they meant that place, wouldn't they say Eagle Island, rather than Camp Eagle?

I think it's a reference to WJC, known by the USSS as "Eagle"

and his gang is/was known as Camp Eagle.
