We lost one to opioids today.
A young one, small children. Life a disaster for several years. Ghosts in his eyes. They have been dead for a while.
Been sober 22 years. After a while, you can see in their eyes those who have already decided to die and just spend the rest if their time twisting and awaiting the inevitable.
