Temporary work visas are considered permanent by everyone. Three year long terms with unlimited renewals. Corporations and visa holders consider them pre-citizenship.

That was never the intent.

Reduce the term to 1 year. Cap renewals at 33% for a second year. No renewals after that. And require a gap as long as your prior visa before you can even apply for a new one.

Offshore employment corporations should have higher tax rates and lower benefits in bailouts. Offshore elements of their corporations should not have access to US courts.

At most major corporations it's visa holders hiring other visa holders, usually from their own tribe, college or village back home. They consider it a racial imperative and are judged by in-group thought leaders if they don't purge the Americans.

racist visa fraud 101

Visas should be awarded on the basis of who will train the most Americans during their one year here.

Train the Americans with the special skills you claim you have and no Americans have, and then go home.

Reality is, many Americans can do the jobs and very often visa applicant resumes are inflated lies - to get the visa and not have to crap outdoors any longer.

We need an IRS tax multiplier for corporations based on their number (count) of work visa employee or contract labor FTEs, AND number of offshore jobs associated with their corporation.

Counts. Not percentages.
