I think that Q is trying to tell us that ThePlan really has been in play for a very long time, maybe starting before JFK was murdered. And it is no accident that the SovietUnion crumbled, or that Putin came to power in Russia with his anti-corruption focus, or that Xi Jinping came to power in China.

 

Q is trying to let us know, that the counterinsurgency against the Globalist Criminal Cabal is deep and thorough and widespread, and that important international moves are, and have been, part of the counterinsurgency plan for a long time.

If you only knew what currency they are talking about, you might see this differently.

 

There is this thing called the petrodollar. It is worth $1 American but it is not controlled by the Federal Reserve. It is created by two foreign countries agreeing to buy/sell some petroleum for an amount in dollars. When the foreign bank in the selling country receives their dollars, they begin to lend out more money than they have.

 

If it was an American bank, there are laws that limit how many fake dollars they can create by lending, but foreign banks have no such limits.

 

When activities in the USA make the dollar an unattractive target for such predatory lending practices, that is a good thing for the USA, because the USA gets back control of its own currency.
