Hannity is rambling on about Fraud Upon The Court. Lawfag jr here asking for Lawfag to chime in.

Flynn entered his guilty plea in front of Contreras

Contreras was 1 of 4 FISC Judges at the time the surveillance was happening

Strzok /Page text prove Contreras was named to be part of dinner party for the purpose of furthering the surveillance

Contreras recused after the guilty plea was entered

Days after Contreras recused, Strzok/ Page Text messages were released to public showing him as being the target of manipulation by Strzok/Page

Results show FISC corrupted by documents submitted by legal counsel

Fraud Upon The Court requires Officer of the Court to submit false documents knowingly .

Fraud upon the Court includes for not withdrawing false documents once they find out they had been altered or falsified

Contreras might have been a straight shooter as Strzok and Page say but he was comped whether that dinner took place or not.

The appearance of Fraud upon the Court is equal to FUTC!

Contreras recused without explanation to the public. Sullivan took over.

Sullivan had a duty to void the guilty plea and start over if the recusal was based on Fraud Upon the Court.

Contreras didn't cite that as a reason. He didn't give a reason

Sullivan cannot move forward with Contreras results from his hearing.

Right now, Sullivan is on the hook for FUTC rulings after the knowledge it occurred and he continued to rule.

By law, the guilty plea in Contreras Court is void.

If Judge rules after knowing FUTC happened , they lose their Judicial immunity and can face criminal prosecution.

Sullivan's job was to void Contreras involvement in this situation because of FUTC and start over.

Sullivan didn't do that. He instead made every excuse in the book to not Flynn. He kicked the can down the road every time while putting extreme pressure on Flynn to respond to common knowledge he was coerced.

If Sullivan rules in this case, he forgoes his Judicial Immunity because he is ruling on a case where FUTC has been proven. He chose not to void Contreras and continue on based on that hearing so he owns the punishment for it.
