The "Belgium Task Force Interim clinical guidelines for patients suspected of / confirmed with COVID-19 infection." seems to have gone offline.

 

Mount Sinai seems to have updated their guidelines to say that there is no cure for the coronavirus.

 

If you are new to hunting down academic article, Google Scholar is great.

 

Note that you won't understand an academic article on the first time that you read it. This is because:

  1. usually by design

  2. sometimes English is not the author's first language

  3. schools don't teach us about readability indices
