On sailing vessels the standard flag display etiquette does not apply? That is a State of California flag above the US flag. Seems wrong to this anon.
Thank you.Your reply doesn't really address my concern though. And that is that a state flag should be displayed at the same height or lower than the US flag. Just sayin'. If it were my boat I would not display in that fashion shown in photo.
