I think mail in ballots are a bad thing.

I mean, what if someone can't afford to buy a postage stamp? That's discriminating on people who are poor.

And what if the lockdown prevents you from going to the post office to buy a stamp?

Sometimes when I try to post the Quick Reply, it tells me it's posted when I haven't even clicked the reply button, but it's not posted after all.

It will work after I reload the page, then repost however.

I don't have a problem with absentee ballots for people like the military, people who are going to be out of town on voting day, or people who are homebound for physical reasons, or people living in nursing homes.

Note that I was being sarcastic in my OP, trying to mock the arguments libs would make if they weren't so sheepified. Kinda the same arguments they made against showing your ID at the polling place.

nahh, not so much a circular firing squad as a surgical removal to be replaced by someone who has more heft.

It has the marks of a well orchestrated propaganda campaign, leading to the conclusion, "But he was such a nice man! We'll have to find someone of equal stature to replace him."
