you do not breathe the ozone.

It is administered through a catheter.

you can however bubble it through oil (olive oil, usually) and that is a safe way to get it into your body. Also, you can insufflate through the ears, or use a bag to treat limbs or the whole body.

We are talking about MEDICAL GRADE OZONE from pure oxygen. Not industrial machines.
