Given the context of the Q drop, I still think it's this:

The loop might be just the controlled circular flow of information around cabal controlled websites. Wikipedia YouTube > FB > Goog > Twitter.

If one point in the loop declares information to be untrue or a "conspiracy theory", then the other cabal-controlled sites do the same thing.

If something is declared a conspiracy on wikipedia, FB, Goog, + Twitter, well then certainly it must be conspiracy and can't possibly be true. The LOOP sites confirm the falsehoods.

I'm sure they're doing their best. The chemtrails have SEVERELY dropped off in my area. There used to be a daily downpour. Now, it's like sprinkles a few times a week.

So far, most if it is not public. Eventually, we're told up to 40% will be. Who knows when.
