Latest DOJ Documents Released In Flynn Case Reveal Obama White House Was Running the Operation

Wow – the latest documents released by the DOJ provide additional evidence that the Obama White House was running the operation to spy on candidate and then President Trump in an effort destroy the incoming administration and have President Trump eventually removed from office!

The latest emails released from the DOJ today in the General Michael Flynn case show the Obama White House was running the show. In the last line in the first paragraph on page 9 of the 12 page release it says:

We need to discuss what happens if DOJ directs us, or directly tells, VPOTUS or anyone else about the [redacted] specifically w/r/t [with regards to] what we do directly with him. I think it will be very difficult not to do some sort of overt step with him, a defensive briefing or interview under light “defensive briefing” pretext unless WH specifically directs us not to.

The Department of Justice released these documents today.

In early June 2018 Judicial Watch’s Chris Farrell said the following about this text on Obama:

…These folks are so far out of bounds and so far beyond that pale. When people talk about it being a coup, there’s no exaggeration there. It was a coup. It was an effort to unseat or destabilize the Trump Administration, the President personally but actually his entire administration and we’ve never seen anything like it.

There’s a very important text message from Lisa Page to Peter Strzok and that is from November of 2016 and the context for the text message is – Strzok asks Lisa Page, “Hey, what are you doing?” or words to that effect.

She reports back very excitedly that she’s preparing talking points for Director Comey to go brief the President on what they’re doing. And the quote from Lisa Page is quote – “POTUS wants to know everything we’re doing” – closed quote.

That POTUS of course is Barack Obama. And, I will take Lisa Page at her word. It’s an off the cuff communication with her paramour. She’s excited. She’s getting the Director prepped.

I want to know, what did Obama know. What did he approve? What did he tacitly nod his head for? What did he explicitly authorize?

This entire, it’s a tragedy. It’s a scandal we’ve never seen before constitutionally. This rests entirely on Mr. Obama and his administration. It starts with them and we need real accountability. Let’s get Mr. Obama under oath.

Lee Smith: Washington Post’s Russiagate Conspiracists Now Lying About Trump’s Handling of Coronavirus

News media figures advancing “Trump-Russia collusion” narratives are now spreading misinformation about President Donald Trump and the coronavirus outbreak as part of a “permanent coup,” observed Lee Smith, author of The Plot Against the President: The True Story of How Congressman Devin Nunes Uncovered the Biggest Political Scandal in U.S. History, in a Tuesday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Dylan Gwinn.

Smith’s forthcoming book, The Permanent Coup, is related to the politics of the coronavirus pandemic. He said, “I’m working on a follow-up to The Plot Against the President, which will incorporate recent developments, but it’s also going to deal with impeachment, and it will also deal with the pandemic and different things that we’ve seen unfold in here.”

Smith added, “Unfortunately, we are going to have to acknowledge that many of the people on the left are such insane psychopaths [that] they’ve used this — they’ve used a crisis — to wage political operations — still — against the president.”

The Washington Post, citing anonymous sources, recently alleged that Trump was issued repeated warnings about the coronavirus through a dozen classified daily briefings between January and February.

“An article in the Washington Post … said that in [his] presidential daily briefings, Trump repeatedly ignored warnings of the coronavirus,” Smith recalled. Acting DNI Richard Grenell tweeted at the authors of this piece. [He] said. ‘That’s not true. We told you this is not true, and yet you only included our denial in the ninth paragraph.'”

Smith continued, “So these two Washington Post journalists were a core Russiagate conspiracy team. Again, unfortunately, we’re seeing the same thing unfold again and again, and that’s why the title of the book is The Permanent Coup.”

Smith described his forthcoming book as a continuation of his examination of left-wing coordination across political and business spheres, noting that this apparatus is occasionally referred to as “the deep state.”

“I need to explain how we got to this place, how we became vulnerable,” said Smith of his next book, “because what we’re basically talking about all throughout is — whatever we want to call it — the deep state, the political left’s coordination with the political and business elite.”

Smith concluded, “We’re talking about a very, very, large group of people with a sort of interest and instruments. There’s a reason they’re going after Donald Trump and Donald Trump’s supporters. It’s a very coherent story. Unfortunately, a lot of Americans have paid for how these other Americans have abused the country, the country’s resources, and the country’s institutions.”

Nunes: We Knew from Day One Michael Flynn Was Innocent — Because FBI Top Officials ‘Told Us So’

Representative Devin Nunes (R-CA), the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, says it is a no-brainer that former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn was innocent from the beginning and that he was a victim of an overzealous FBI.

Nunes told Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo the sources of documents promoting the notion that the 2016 Trump campaign was in cahoots with Russia to steer the outcome of that election warranted an investigation, given they were used to justify the Department of Justice and the FBI’s handling of Flynn.

“I would say that we need the judge to do the right thing,” he said. “We need DOJ to do the right thing. We need these lawyers to be investigated. And I would say overall — Maria, we talked about this on your Sunday show. I told you that there are three reports that really need to be analyzed and investigated. One, of course, is the Steele, Fusion GPS, Clinton paid-for dossier. The other is the intelligence community assessment that was done right after the 2016 election. That needs to be investigated, which I call Obama’s dossier. And then, of course, there’s the Mueller report, which is the Mueller dossier also in how I define them.”

“There now needs to be an entire investigation of all of those people that were involved, all the lawyers, everybody from DOJ to FBI, all the way down because mostly likely this is — because we have already found discrepancies in that Mueller report,” he added.

Nunes claimed there was evidence early on of Flynn’s innocence and attacked the media for being complicit in the justification of the Flynn prosecution.

“So you know, we’re running an investigation, but the problem is, is that you know, we have a small team on the House Intelligence Committee, but the bottom line with Flynn, is this — Maria,” Nunes said. “We knew from essentially day one, early on in 2017, and that he was innocent. How do we know that? Because the top officials at the FBI told us so. This wasn’t rocket science. Then you talked about the report that we did, so we have the gold standard. The House Republican report is really the gold standard of reports. In fact, there are no other reports to even look at because the others are all based on lies or innuendo or corruption, OK?” So our report was right at the time, and you may recall this, but we had to fight for nearly two months. Our report we put it out, we said there was no evidence of collusion.”

“We also had some very important information in there about General Flynn,” he added. “It said that we had evidence that General Flynn didn’t lie, OK. This was from FBI. That was why it was in the report. But when that report first came out all the mainstream media who are essentially operators of the Democratic Party, now I think it’s obvious if people don’t know that now, they were in on this, OK. From the very beginning, the media was in on this. They covered up our report. We had to fight with the FBI and the DOJ so that we could get the General Flynn information unredacted, declassified.”
