need some input anons .. work for non essential chain biz , sleazy owner trying to get sba loan and needs 90% employees working to get the loan. he wants employees to work (without commission now) sitting around said non essential biz wearing masks for part time to get loan or else we’re considered self terminating and will lose unemployment.. is this legal??
