Q 4014 asked a bunch of good questions then made one brief statement before ending with the rhetorical conundrum. 

Does best answer come before rhetorical,

'Define insurgency';

or at the end of the next drop,

'Control of the narrative?'

What is the dif between those 2 options? Only a thin line separates the two. Insurgency is the narrative and the narrative is insurgency. This is nothing new. This is same-old, same-old. The playbook has not changed, updated or even seen a decent addendum. Nobody went through it and crossed out all the plays that no longer work. We moaned and groaned over it during Russia Hoax, we laughed at it all through Impeach45.  We failed to Panic enough during panDEMic… a pandemic that has pretty much failed because 4014 leads off with pandemic defeat. Allegedly Dem Convention is postponed to a real time/space event not virtual which is PANDEMIC mode. The rest of the drop is Dem wish list, much of which is already well circulated. The 'she', not 'announced' is sort of new. But for months I have said 'dark horse' Convention, Biden will not get the final nod. He is Placeholder, that's all. A primary reason for 4014 is to say we know what you are up to, not to inform us about the drums already beating. It amounts to a nice list assembled into one place.

Best answer to final question is POTUS, to be blunt.  POTUS could pull it all off and that cuts 2 ways because not only can POTUS make it happen, POTUS can keep it from happening. The list taunts, 'We know, now make it happen.' If Dems can Convention in Aug, then POTUS can rally in Sep. We may need to rally in a different way, but there is space and time to get it done obliging any social distancing at time and place. If Dems can Convention in Aug that pretty much defeats insistence on mail-in balloting. It is a wish list… and as most long lists go, it does not exactly all works.

The wish list is a mix of Pandemic along with not-Pandemic which means Pandemic dies. Do we really think Michigan, Maine and Virginia can keep there states closed up to election. It is a tattered and torn bucket list full of impossible holes, just like Russia/Impeach/Pandemic (RIP). Many of the wishes require Pandemic in full control and not popular race to vibrant economic restoration. Same-old Same-old, in Trump era Dems are out of tune, miss-stepping and garbage picking.

As to who 'she', Hilly maybe, Barry Spouse, MO, more likely, but my best pick is ice-cream-queen… not willing to give up her House powers til late in the game. The others could have and would have buried Biden legitimately long before now.

RIP with the benefit of MSM all failed, 2016 failed. Learn the lesson. MSM fails going up against Trump. Nothing can stop what is coming, nothing.
