Sorry, none. They do this all the time. It was not illegal, just inappropriate. I asked a lawyer about this. FBI have a lot of power because Congress and SCOTUS granted them a lot of immunity. The law has to change but US gov't also wants to retain power. It's all political. Entrapment is legal even if accused was induced to commit a process crime.
