what you say seems logical, but what doesn't make sense to me is that Pope Francis has control over anybody. He seems like a puppet/figure head in name only.
It hard to believe he has control over anybody. I suppose he could just be a passthrough giving the orders.
Unless………Pope is not Francis, but refers to another Pope in another church or Pope is a nickname for somebody differently entirely.
