Q mentioned that GS bought $45m in Activision Blizzard. This doesn't seem to make much sense as it's not enough to give him much say in how the company is run or set up a new secret comms link?

Then I was thinking all the operations have been something to do with weather like Q just told us e.g Crossfire Hurricane and that is why POTUS used "calm before the storm"

Does that mean that GS is signalling using $45m (POTUS) and a company that has blizzard (following on from the weather theme) just for funsies?
