Well, wouldn't Putin know what Biden said to Putin? If it was classified, why would Biden be worried about it getting out? If it isn't classified, Biden may be worried about other campaigns using it, but most rational people will worry about Putin using it. Dumb thing to say if I'm interpreting it correctly.
