Something seems fishy here

Madonna said this week that she has tested positive for coronavirus antibodies.

“Took a test the other day, and I found out that I have the antibodies, so tomorrow, I’m just going to go for a long drive in a car, and I’m going to roll down the window and I’m going to breathe in. I’m going to breathe in the COVID-19 air. Yup, I hope the sun is shining,” the 61-year-old pop star said Thursday in the latest installment of her “quarantine diary” series of videos on Instagram

Scientists are still scrambling to understandwhether people who have contracted and recovered from COVID-19 are immune to reinfection. Over the weekend, the World Health Organization cautioned that “there is currently no evidence that people who have recovered from COVID-19 and have antibodies are protected from a second infection.”

Madonna did not share in the video when she took the test or offer any further details about her results.

In a previous video on Instagram last month, Madonna shared that she has lost three people to the pandemic, including her cousin, her security guard’s brother and Orlando Puerta, who worked with her on multiple music projects.

I agree. I never really cared though. The way I see people like that is, like an absentee cattle rancher in the old west before fences. You know his drunk crew can't handle the work needed to nourish them all, so it is only right to lead the strong independent steed away. Perhaps, they can handle the rest.
