i was thinking about that to anon. sullivan has seen all the evidence proving flynn is innocent. the longer this drags out with bombshell releases, they worse he looks for allowing this case to drag on for 2+ years. i expect he will toss the case out then allow the rest of the material to be released. this way the focus wont be on him when the hammer falls.
