I am not saying the numbers are not being manipulated at all. There is a financial incentive for hospitals to do so at least in the U.S.

 

I am saying the pneumonia graph SPECIFICALLY, the one that Q shared, is inaccurate because the data for week 11 was incomplete at the time.
