As the law fags pointed out - what they are asking for and why they say they are asking for this do not jive.
Translation - They did things they knew were harmful and deadly to patients under the DE FACTO STANDARD of care. Like doctors know that ventilators kill people, but it was the difference of 13 vs 39 thousand dollars. Perverse incentive = motive and easily proven in a court. That is just the tip of the seriously wrong, often deadly and easily proven DE FACTO STANDARD of care they are trying to protect themselves against with this. That they thought to have an attorney make this request indicates just how guilty they know they are.
